    Now that you have decided to move forward with
    your paperwork, we will be happy to assist you.

    California Document Processors will provide you
    with a questionnaire relating to your particular
    situation. We will also provide you with a contract
    for your signature. We MUST have the completed
    questionnaire, signed contract, and payment for
    services BEFORE we begin work.

     It is important to note that we cannot legally
    begin to type your forms until we have your
    completed questionnaire and signed contract.

    If you need more information on how this process

    Based on your answers on the questionnaire, we
    type all the necessary paperwork and forward the
    originals to you within 24 hours of receipt of your
    necessary documents. If we have any questions, we
    will contact you directly...It's that simple!

    California Document Processors also offers process
    serving to serve your completed paperwork for you
    if you prefer. We recommend that you utilize this
    service and let our professionals handle this for you.
    Once your paperwork is served, we will prepare the
    Proof of Service for you and file it with the court.
    We will mail a completed copy of all your
    paperwork to you for your records.
